This website is designed to support people who want help to create beautiful gardens that they can eat!!
People are being spurred on to start kitchen gardens by factors such as the rising popularity of locavore and slow food cuisine and motivated by the simple economic sense of cutting down on the supermarket bills.
Many households are discovering the delights of food grown in their own gardens. And kids really like to get involved, too.
Local growers markets are springing up and local nurseries report sales of vegetable seeds and seedlings sky rocketing.
